To register a complaint online, customers will have to visit https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. After this, an account will have to be created here. After creating an account with all the information, one will have to sign in. Then the type of product, the company from which it was purchased, what is the complaint, all this information will have to be submitted along with supporting documents. If the complaint is found to be correct, action will be taken against the shopkeeper.
